Tools & software: what you actually need (and what you don't)

This module walks through what a growing trade business actually needs at each stage — from a shared calendar and a simple job tracker up through dedicated field service software — and, just as important, what you can skip until you're bigger.

This module covers building quality control into the job itself — checklists, photo documentation, a defined final walkthrough — so jobs come out consistent whether or not you were standing on-site, without you needing to inspect every single task your crew performs.
